Hypnosis is a form of deep relaxation. Through Hypnosis I am able to bypass your critical mind and enter your subconscious mind. This is where those "habits" live that we repeatedly try to change without much progress. Through Hypnosis we are able to change those negatives to a positive. Hypnotherapy is extremely effective and most issues can be resolved within 3-6 sessions.
